Audrey Lipps

Audrey graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Sociology & Environmental Justice and Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies. She is deeply passionate about LGBTQ+ equality and justice. Prior to her current role, Audrey served as a Program Director at HealthRIGHT 360 in San Francisco, focusing on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing substance use.

Currently, Audrey is the Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager at Out & Equal, where she oversees Community Engagement Groups, providing a platform for individuals of like-identities to connect. She also plays a key role in supporting events and managing federal government partnerships to advance workplace equality initiatives.

Based in Oakland, CA, Audrey resides with her partner and their doodle, Kua. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, playing tennis, traveling, and engaging with her Jingletown community.
