More great opportunities to volunteer queer, including TurnOut, Frameline, and the Golden Gate Men’s Chorus.
TurnOut will be hosting a booth at this year’s SF Pride! We’re very excited to participate in the festivities, and we want to invite you to join us! Sign up to work the TurnOut booth with us for a 2-hour shift this Saturday or Sunday. It will be a ton of fun, and we hope to see you there!

Frameline’s International LGBTQ Film Festival is the longest-running, largest and most widely recognized LGBTQ film exhibition event in the world. Taking place each June, the festival depends on the support of hundreds of volunteers. Right now, Frameline is looking for volunteer ushers. Volunteers receive vouchers for free festival screenings!
Brava! for Women in the Arts
Brava! for Women in the Arts celebrates over 30 years as a professional arts organization dedicated to cultivating the artistic expression of women, LGBTQIA, people of color, youth, and other underrepresented voices. Brava! is looking for volunteers to help with ushering, ticket taking, handing out programs, and a lite clean-up for several upcoming shows. You will also be able to see most of the show for FREE!

Tenderloin Tessie serves holiday meals on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, focusing on people living with HIV and the growing number of homeless throughout the city. Tenderloin Tessie is looking for folks to help them work the gate at Pride this Sunday.

Golden Gate Men’s Chorus
The Golden Gate Men’s Chorus is seeking volunteers to assist with ticket sales, will call, ticket taking, ushering, passing out programs, setting up refreshments at intermission, and clean-up. Volunteers can 1) listen to most of the concert and/or 2) receive two free tickets to another concert (where they will be guests instead of volunteers).

StartOut connects LGBTQ entrepreneurs to empower great leaders and businesses. Our goal is to create jobs and prosperity for LGBTQ individuals and the local communities they contribute to, and to be recognized and respected for those efforts. StartOut is looking for their upcoming Summer Intern to assist the StartOut team in marketing, marketing analysis and operations.
