Transgender Law Center works to change law, policy, and attitudes so that all people can live safely, authentically, and free from discrimination regardless of their gender identity or expression.
In close partnership with our Executive Director and staff, this position will help lead TLC in building out the strategy, infrastructure, culture and systems to accommodate recent and anticipated expansion and TLC’s continued commitment to racial equity and centering strategies to address anti-blackness. The DPOC will lead investment in our people, practice and culture as we grow and evolve; ensure effective organization-wide planning, decision-making, and change management processes; support organizational growth planning and capacity building and serve in a senior leadership role.
