Recruiting Bi+ Men for Online Study
Men's Daily Experiences Study

San Francisco State University
TurnOut will occasionally list opportunities for individuals to get involved in research projects designed to benefit LGBTQ+ communities.
The purpose of the Men's Daily Experiences Study (MeDES) is to investigate the ways that different experiences of daily living - particularly every day stressors - influence the health and well-being of bisexual men. To learn more about identity-related stressors related to race/ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, alone and in combination, we are seeking bisexual-identified men to participate in an online study about their daily experiences and mood. We are particularly interested in Black and Latinx bisexual men.
Participants will be asked to complete a brief online survey every day for 28 days as well as a baseline and post-study survey.
Eligible participants will be:
* 25 years of age or older
* Bi+ men (cisgender or transgender)
* Located in the United States
* Able to access the internet on a daily basis
Take the screening survey at https://mens-estudy.tumblr.com/ to find out if you are eligible to participate!
Eligible participants will be compensated (up to $60) for participating.
This study was approved by the University of Illinois-Chicago IRB (# 2017-1036) and is being conducted by Dr. Wendy Bostwick (UIC) and Dr. Brian Dodge (IU).
