G4G San Diego + REINS Event

Giddy Up! Calling all horse lovers! Join Gay for Good as they partner with their friends at REINS to help them prepare for their Annual Spring Classic. This is their annual showcase event where the students of the programs have the opportunity to showcase their accomplishments. You will be helping with painting posts and fences, cleaning and clearing various areas, doing maintenance around the grounds, and other tasks they have.

And you get to do all this work while enjoying horses all around you! The horsemanship program they operate supports the physical, mental, and emotional health of disabled children and adults throughout the community. This is a great opportunity to hang out with horses and get involved while giving back!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER TO KNOW:

• EVENT DATE: Saturday, March 30

• TIME: 9:00am to 12:30pm

• LOCATION: 4461 S. Mission Road, Fallbrook CA 92028

• MEETING LOCATION: At the front of the location

• PARKING: Parking is available at the back of the location

• Volunteers are encouraged to carpool.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Face coverings are encouraged to be worn by unvaccinated volunteers

• Casual and comfortable clothing

• Closed toe shoes are required

• Don’t forget sunscreen and/or a hat for sun protection

• Bring a water bottle or two and a snack

• Feel free to bring work gloves

• Limited to 25 volunteers
