Tiffany Woods

Tiffany is the program manager for transgender services at the Tri-City Health Center in Fremont, California, where she ensures that the transgender and gender-neutral community has access to affirming healthcare, hormones, and HIV prevention, and care services.

She co-created TransVision, which offers jobs and mentorship for trans women of color, and she has been nationally recognized for connecting trans women of color to HIV services.

She organizes the annual Transgender Day of Remembrance, and she serves as the transgender liaison and academy diversity trainer for the Oakland Police Department. In 2014, she was selected for Trans 100, an annual list of 100 transgender individuals making a difference in the United States.
