At a time of extreme political attacks on queer, trans, immigrant, and BIPOC community members, we have been looking for a space to meet local activists, share resources, strategize, and take action.
If you share this feeling, please join us on Wednesday, October 29th, at ABO Comix in downtown Oakland to discuss the needs of our community, strategize ways to support one-another, and plan for a monthly mutual aid gathering.
This event is open to everyone of all ages, experiences, identities, etc—If you don’t know much about mutual aid, or you’re an expert, it doesn’t matter! We want to meet you!
We will have drinks, snacks, and time to socialize and meet folks from 5:30-6pm. RSVP below if you’re planning on attending.
