Join the volunteer team supporting an unforgettable evening at the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus Crescendo Gala, a celebration of music, community, and the power of coming together. This event will take place on April 25, 2026 at the Westin St. Francis, offering guests an opportunity to immerse themselves in an evening of fine dining and live entertainment as we honor champions who are making a profound impact on the LGBTQIA+ community. 

All volunteers working 3+ hours will be provided a meal. Volunteers are welcome and encouraged to sign up for multiple shifts provided the start time of the second shift takes place after the end time of the first.

Ballroom Setup | 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Help with table and name card setting pre-event.

Floater | 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Floater | 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Help with tasks as needed throughout event.

Greeter | 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Help greet and direct guests upon their arrival.

Auction Spotter | 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Help identify raised paddles during auction.

Ballroom Door Monitor | 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Help monitor the ballroom door during the program.
