Volunteer at StartOut Con 2026!

Join us in making StartOut Con 2026 an unforgettable experience for the LGBTQ+ founder community! StartOut Con is a movement with a bold mission: To equip LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs to break barriers and scale their visions into impactful ventures.

We're looking for 20 volunteers across two days to help the conference run smoothly at LinkedIn and SVB HQ in San Francisco, CA.

Conference Dates: June 10–11, 2026  Location: LinkedIn & SVB HQ, 222 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA  Orientation: Wednesday, May 27 at 7:00 PM PST (virtual — link sent upon sign-up)

Volunteer roles include:

• Arrival & Registration — Welcome guests, help them check in, and distribute badges at the registration desk

• Panel & Speaker Sessions — Support moderators with A/V equipment and manage headcount in session rooms

• VC & Expert Office Hours / Matchmaking — Guide founders, investors, and experts to their designated meeting areas and ensure smooth check-ins

• Welcome Reception — Assist with A/V setup and support catering staff with food and drink placement

• Breakdown & Setup — Help strike and store equipment between days and transport gear at the close of the conference

Volunteers are expected to attend the virtual orientation on May 27th, where we'll cover shift details, check-in procedures, and introduce you to your StartOut point-of-contact for the day.
