Volunteer for the Trans March Pride Party with Lyon-Martin Community Health Services
On June 28th, Lyon-Martin Community Health services will be hosting a Trans March / Pride '24 Party & Fundraiser at SOMArts. Over the course of the evening there will be performances by Lafemmebear, Light Asylum, Pride Month Barbie, and Die Anna! They're planning to have two drink stations. Each serving beer, and a signature cocktail. The event will be from 8:00pm to 12:00am, though they'd like volunteers to aim to arrive at the venue by 7:45pm. Bar service will end at 11:30. There will be four performers on stage throughout the night. They anticipate an attendance of between 350-500 people. You can take a look at some photos from last years event here.
Volunteer Requirements:
Must be at least 21
4 hours and 30 minutes. Arrive at 7:45pm, Depart at 12:15am.
Bartending volunteers are highly encouraged to complete RBS certification, though not required.
Masking REQUIRED as COVID-19 precaution

The mission of Lyon-Martin Community Health Services is to provide high quality, compassionate and trauma-informed medical, gynecological, and mental health care services targeting trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and intersex (TGI) communities and cis-gender women with specific sensitivity to LGBQA+ sexual orientation, disability, size, race, ethnicity, and language regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.
