Volunteer for the 2025 Orange County Pride Festival & Parade!

Volunteer for the 2025 Orange County Pride Festival & Parade on September 27th, 2025! Shifts range from 8am to 11pm. Volunteers receive free general admission to the festival after they have completed their shift! 

Opportunities include event setup and breakdown, parade support, guest check-in, stage assistance, youth and family zone support, accessibility services, and more. Whether you're behind the scenes or on the frontlines, there’s a role for every skill set and schedule.

Volunteers should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and outdoors in varying weather. Some roles may require light lifting, walking long distances, or assisting with crowd management. No specific equipment is needed—just closed-toe shoes and a positive attitude! OC Pride welcomes all skill levels and provide on-site training. Multilingual volunteers and those with accessibility experience are especially encouraged to apply.

The OC Pride Festival & Parade takes place at the OC Fair & Event Center, which offers ADA-compliant ramps, accessible restrooms, and dedicated support roles for attendees with disabilities. On-site parking is available for $12, with designated ride-share drop-off and pick-up at Gate 1.
